About me

I am a fully insured, registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and adhere to the ethical framework of the BACP.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship that is established is the key to positive change which is why choosing the right therapist for you is crucial. Hence the reason I offer a free initial chat for up to 20 minutes on the phone or online and a no obligation first 1 hour session that gives you an opportunity to see how you would like to move forward. If you decide that you would like to continue with sessions, they are 50 minutes thereafter.

I can help with:

Bereavement, living loss including pet loss, separation and divorce, relationship difficulties, parenting difficulties, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, redundancy, low self-esteem, stress, women’s issues and work-related issues.

I specialise in offering support to adults of all ages who are not only grieving the death of a close family member or friend but also anyone who may have suffered or is suffering a living loss. This may include caring for a family member who is critically ill or suffering a relationship breakup or a sudden loss of mobility due to illness.

Whatever the loss I am here to listen. We are all unique and experience things differently. I offer you a space to enable you to explore your experience, supporting you through this process, to facilitate your healing.
